General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The bitemporal vision loss post a stroke indicates blood supply problems beyond the level of optic chiasm. However, an MR angiography is best way to conclude the disturbances at the optic nerve pathway.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
