Suggest Remedy For Loud Cracking Sound And Pain In Shoulder In A Patient With Osteoporosis
one week ago when using my right arm, I heard a loud cracking noise in my shoulder. Since this happened my shoulder is in constant pain. I can no longer use it as before. It is painful and I cannot do anything which might reqiure a strength. I suffer with Osteoporosis.

You can take analgesics like Aceclofenac for 2 days. Start calcium and vitamin D supplements. In case of severe non-improving pain, visit orthopedic doctor.
