Suggest Remedy For Low TSH Level In Blood

MY TSH .04 . I WANT TO INCREASE TSH LEVEL WITH THE HELP OF EXERCISES AND DIET . DR ALREADT GIVE ME MEDIC EN LOW POWER . FROM LAST 4 MONTHS I FEEL EXCESS STRESS IN OFFICE AND PERSONAL PERSONAL LIFE . PLEASE GUIDE EXERCISE CAN HELP TO INCREASE TSH LEVEL

Thanks for your qquestion.

After going through your question, I can understand your concern.

There is hyperthyroidism in your case.

For better opinion I want to know -
- Your age and gender.
- Level of T4 or Free T4.
- Current medicine.

Low TSH denotes increased thyroid hormones in blood.
It may be transient or permanent.

You should consult Endocrinologist for detailed clinical evaluation.
Depending upon clinical evaluation there may be need for -
- Ultrasonography of Thyroid gland.
- Tc Uptake scan of thyroid gland.

Depending upon it further treatment can be planned.
(Medical or surgical or radio iodine ablsion)

There is no exercise to increase TSH or to decrease Thyroid gland activity.

In Food you should avoid food with high iodine content like iodinated salt, see food.
