Suggest Remedy For Low Grade Fever With Loose Motions And Nausea

Hi DocDoctor . Have a fever of 100.9 and Loose motions for half aday. Feeling little nauseous. I was out in sun yesterday and it was very hot day. Then i moved in where i had central air conditioning. Ate my lunch outside yesterday and the night before ate spicy food. Any suggestions please..

Hi,
its a enteritis.
1. Tab. Ciplox TZ Thrice daily
2.Tab. pan 40 once a day before meal
3. Sporolac sachet mix in 20 ml water after every loose motion.
4. ORS in water.
