Suggest Remedy For Lower Abdominal Pain With Black, Loose Stools

I have a pain in my lower right side part of abdomen and I am also suffering from black loose motions or black stools from about a month and these black loose motions occurs repeatedly in a gap of about every 3 to 4 days I jst had an sonography everything was normal except that some free fluid collection in the pod was visualized. kindly assist me

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of lower abdominal pain with black, loose stools. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like bacterial or viral gastroenteritis , infectious mononucleosis , influenza , or urinary tract infection. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound or take history to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe antibacterial or antiviral depending upon the diagnosis. Doctor may also prescribe laxative , omeprazole along with analgesic. For now eat light and non spicy in small and frequent meals and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . Doctor may also refer you to urologist for UTI problem .
