Suggest Remedy For Lower Back Pain Radiating To Lower Abdomen And Groin

i did some hard labor the other day and the next day i had severe lower back pain the day after that i did some stretches and the pain shifted from the back to the front lower abdomen into my pelvic and testical area. i still continue to have lower back pain. what is this caused from?

but if back pain is readiating to lower limb.
and standing more pain.
walking more pain.
must be do MRI LUMBER SPINE.
roult out pathology.
