Suggest Remedy For Lower Back Pain With Heaviness In Legs Upon Standing Up

I have been suffering with sciatica and knee pain it seems better since I went to acupuncture .But, now my lower back hurts now and one sympthom I have is that when I sit or lay down for awhile then stand up I feel like I am carrying 10 lbs of potatoes on my legs from my hips down . I do have a bulging disc in my lower back by my tail bone from a fall years ago. What do I do to help this?

Hello

Your symptoms may be related to problem in lumbo-sacral spine.
You may need latest MRI of L/S spine.It is important to evaluate disc prolapse,nerve root compresssion,central canal narrowing etc.
You may need clinical correction and few blood tests.
Blood tests include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,liver and renal function test,urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen,serum calcium and vitamin D level,thyroid profile etc.

Proper treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
