Suggest Remedy For Lower Back Pain

Last few days having pain on front right side just below ribs, was bloated badly, right lower back pain. Bloating seem to ease than feel bloated and full again, but not as badly as first day, headache comes and goes. Took antacids thinking just, dairy and I don t get along. Feeling comes back when I eat something too.

Pain under the ribs and bloating sensation can be due to gastritis.
Recurrence of pai and bloating despite taking antacids suggests persistence of the causative lesion in the stomach most probably.
I suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist for clinical assessment and endoscopy.
Your symptoms are suspicious of ulcer in the stomach.
Endoscopy will determine whether any lesion is present in stomach or not and its appropriate management can be planned.
