bed rest in situation is not good
Any way you can resume your proper routine work . only with precautions that you take care to take only controlled - balanced and healthy diet ,no fried or fast foods .
Take proper sleep
Keep your bowels clean .
Do exercise properly / regularly ,/ but don't do any exercise which involve front bending ,It will do more harm than good .
Back bending slowly , without jerks , will give you instant relief .
A cup of hot milk with a level tea spoon of turmeric or Shilajit - a herb
will give relief from pain & strengthen bones .
