Hello, Thanks for the query, This is an inflammatory response of body or secondary inflammation . It could also be possible that hematoma is there . Take anti inflammatory and analgesic like ibuprofen (if not allergic ) or acetaminophen for 3-5 days . Give cold compresses 3-4 times a day . Keep cleaning it with betadine . If condition doesn t get better in 4-5 days then consult dermatologist or your surgeon for proper examination and to find ou if there is infection. Doctor may clean he wound with hydrogen peroxide .
