Suggest Remedy For Lump On Perineum

almost 60 yrs old. celibate for the past 5 yrs. as my husband died 2 yrs. ago. anyway a few weeks ago i found a pea size growth om my perineum. it does NOT hurt when urine touches it it sometimes burns. thought it was hemorroid but feels warty and hard. any info and ideas ? thanks

See, growth or lump on perineum can be skin tag,haemorrhois, warts,lipoma,rarely tumour
Surgeon need to examine it by his naked otherwise any doctor can't comment on that.
