I did not know it would be this painful however, ive had a showe and ive cleaned up but i now have a lump at the shaft of my penis or on my testicle area, i am male and 19 years of age
You have not written if you are sexually active or not. However, commonly ingrown hair in the shaft, glans or base of the penis look like small red bumps. If infected pus may come out causing pain, itchiness & irritation.
Treat the affected area with antibacterial ointment, avoid shaving or waxing the area until it gets healed. If you are sexually active, lump on the shaft can be genital warts (STI).
You are suggested to visit ER, get Urinalysis & STD tests done. You need may need antibiotics & antivirals. Get treated at the earliest. Avoid unprotected sex & multiple partners.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
