Suggest Remedy For Lumps At Back Of The Head

I didn t know what category to pick... I have two large lumps at the back of my head just above my neck. they are hard and one is larger than the other and they are on the either side - one on the right and one on the left. They don t hurt but I don t remember them before a couple of months ago. Do you know what they could be?

Hello
Such type of bumps on the skull i.e. just above the neck on the posterior part of head may be due to these possibilities :
1 Dermoid cyst .
2 Sebaceous cyst .
Because these cysts are multiple in numbers , so more chance is that these may be any type i.e. dermoid or sebaceous .
3 Frunculosis or pyoderma , due to any infection on the scalp , like dandruff .
In my opinion these are not dangerous but consult a dermatologist and get his opinion.
I find this answer helpful
