Hi, I banged my shin bone just over a week ago, the bruising in that area has yellowed, but I still have a lump and the area is very tender to touch, but the bruising seems to have travelled down my leg and my ankle has blackened and is uncomfortable.... What should I do, is this normal, should I be worried

It seems that there might be having hematoma on the injured site and now it gravitated down on ankle giving swelling and became blackened.
Apply ice pack 2-3 times a day for few days.
If there is infection go for one antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
Ok and take care.
