Suggest Remedy For Lumps
please help.i have a painful lump at the back of my throat.when i swallow it feels like i have tonsillitos, however i had my tosills removed last year so its not that.its simply just a painfull round lump at the back of my throat and is only on one side.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Lump at back of throat can be due to enlargement of adenoids or some soft tissue swelling at back of throat.
Surgical removal of tonsils rules out the possibility of tonsillitis.
A clinical assessment of throat by an ENT specialist is required.
In case there is any soft tissue swelling, treatment is removal of the lump.
In case there is only soreness, treatment is conservative.
