You have been treated by multiple lines of chemotherapy and as per the last scan your lung mass has dectreased in size and metabolic acitivity and bony lesion also show decrease in metabolic activity.Left pleural thickening and bilateral lung nodules are persistent meaning your disease is now under control and u need to remain in follow up and a fresh CT scan with contrast is suggest after 3 months.
