1. First try to relax your self at and during the time of
migraine attack. Try to distract your self from triggering event or
stress factor. Take very deep breathing very slowly.
Massage on the part of head.
2. Sleep in quiet and dark room. Avoid direct light because it is aggravating your symptoms. Take rest properly and try to sleep in time and not very late night.

8. Use mint candy, mint balm or vicks for nose and, mint bags to put on closed eye.
If symptoms still continue, consult physician immediately for intense medical therapy like triptans and beta blokers.
