Hello
Welcome to Healthcare magic

My suggestions will surely help you.
1. First try to relax your self at and during the time of migraine attack. Try to distract your self from triggering event or stress factor. Take very deep breathing very slowly. Massage on the part of head.
2. Sleep in quiet and dark room. Avoid direct light because it is aggravating your symptoms. Take rest properly and try to sleep in time and not very late night.
3. Avoid food like chocolate, alcohol, cheese too much because these are triggering food. Caffeine is very helpful so take coffee at the day time. Don't take caffeine agents at night, will disturb your sleep.
4. At the time of attack, keep ice pack at your head and put your hand in cold water, will help you in relaxing.
5. Don't miss any meal and maintain chart what you have eaten because some food increase the symptoms. Use chicken broth, will help you in reducing vomiting. Keep hot pepper with you and take at the time of attack.
6. Riboflavin 400mg daily for 3-4 months will help you in reducing symptoms.Take brufen to reduce pain.
7. You can also do acupressure at head to get relax and do several times a day. Do regular heavy exercise, will reduce your tension and anxiety.
8. Use mint candy, mint balm or vicks for nose and, mint bags to put on closed eye.

If symptoms still continue, consult physician immediately for intense medical therapy like triptans and beta blokers.
