My seven year old son has been seen by audiologist and the outcome tells me he has mild conductive hearing loss bilaterally, significant negative middle ear pressure and retracted eardrums. She tells me she would like to reassess after medical management! I contacted the ent specialist for follow up appointment to see what can be done, but secretary says he doesn't need to see my son anymore. I am so confused about whether this is nothing to worry about or whether there should be something done. Can you give me some direction please
