Welcome to health care magic.
1.The possible cause could be age related degenerative changes in middle and elderly patients, where as positional abnormalities in the younger patients.
2.In this case the treatment will be simple back exercises.
3.If does not gives relief - you may need to get an x-ray spine for a over view of the spine and
intervertebral disc spaces, depending on findings
physiotherapy will be helpful.
4.Finally when no betterment - an intervention / operative treatment is recommended, before that an
MRI to confirm the diagnosis.
