Hello and welcome to HCM,
Trauma to head should not be taken lightly.
Any trauma on the head should be followed by CT head.
There are certain head injuries which do not present immediately but present at later stage.
Dizziness suggests that there is some kind of injury to the brain.
You need to consult your doctor (preferably neurologist) for clinical examination, and a CT head.
In case there is any sighs of injury they can be managed.
The most common lesion is trauma to blood vessels.
This type of injury is particularly common in elderly in whom the veins are fragile.
Since, you have not mentioned your age, it is difficult to determine which kind of injury you must have sustained.

Thanks and take care
