Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As per your complain
swollen lymph nodes or Regional
Lymphadenopathy occurs most commonly due to infection in the regions drained by those specific group of lymph nodes..
In your case as it started with cold which is a viral infection the lymphadenopathy is due to it..
You need not to worry as many a times the lymph nodes takes a comparatively longer time to resolve as compared to the subsiding of infection..
Consult a General Physician and get evaluated and he can advise you to take a course antibiotics like
Augmentin and anti inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen....
Do warm compresses over the lymph nodes..
In case if you are not running with any other infection in the body you can wait for a few more days and if there is no improvement you should get a
Biopsy of the lymph nodes done to rule out the cause and get treated accordingly..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
