Suggest Remedy For Muscle Discomfort In The Chest With Shortness Of Breath

I Have been having burning and muscle discomfort in upper chest. Muscles tender to the touch. My asthma is ok, but some shortness of breath. Recoving from a virus and worked out today which could be causing the muscle discomfort. Also feel a little anxious.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Viral infection can cause muscle cramps, fatigue etc.
You have also started work out so this can also cause muscular pain.
So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in muscular pain.
1. Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid sudden jerky movements of chest.
2. Take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen.
3. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
