Suggest Remedy For Muscle Pain In Buttocks

I am suffering for muscle pain in my bump regularly for last three years. The pain happens either in right or left bump respectively. When it pains, I cant sleep nor move this side to other side. So, please give some suggestion regarding this & show me some exercise for relief.
