Suggest Remedy For Musculoskeletal Pain In Shoulder, Back And Legs

I am a 74 year old female. I have had no major medical problems prior to current concern. I am not overweight.I am experiencing Skeletal pain in my shoulders, my back, my hips, my calves, and my wrists - all concurrently - This pain is enough to to keep me from being active.

Hi,

If there is no significant stiffness and weakness in your muscles, I would advise you should take some vitamin D and calcium. This probably would help you. You can use paracetamol for the pain for time being. Get to your doctor for proper evaluation if thing don get well or if there is weakness or fever.
