Suggest Remedy For Non Itchy Rash On Arms And Thighs

Hi, I was diagnosed with the seasonal flu this past Friday 3/20, but since then I ve developed a nonitchy rash on my arms and thighs. The doctor was concerned that I could possibly have meningitis, but he ruled it out since I didn t have a rash and a cough at the time.
