Suggest Remedy For Nose Bleeds And Ear Aches
Hi, I am 34 yr old female. I have Lupus. I have dealt with nose bleeds for years, however two days ago I had a nose bleed that lasted for almost an hour, despite all attempts to get it to stop. Since then I have had a headache and ear ache on my right side. Last night I woke up at 3am with blood running down my throat and another nose bleed. Today I have had yet another nose bleed and a very bad earache. What should I be doing to help cease the nose bleeds, and help the earache? Is there anything a doctor could help with?

Hello,
It may be due to dry nose due to sinusitis.
For that you can apply nasal saline drops locally.
Pinch nose for 10 minutes.
Apply ice locally.
For ear ache you can take tablet acetaminophen and continue steam inhalation and Betadine gargle twice a day.
