my son is 12 yrs old and over the weekend has had 2 severe nosebleeds that have cause he to black out, one was this morning at school and he has been sent home, his teacher has informed me that he banged his head on friday and nobody told me could this be the reason why he has had the nosebleeds he is usually fit and well.
Does your son have a history of trauma to nose or head injury? If it's due to trauma then it will subside. It would be better if you have diagnostic nasal endoscopy done to rule out any other possibilities.
