Suggest Remedy For Numbness And Pain In Outer Thigh

For the past several months my outer right thigh has been numb. For the past 2 or 3 weeks the front of that thigh has been very sensitive to even the slightest touch. Even having my keys in that pocket, or lightly touching this area, irritates and can cause pain. The outer numbness seems to be coming from under the skin and the front pain comes from the surface. If I lay on my back to sleep I'll get a burning sensation in that leg almost like the muscle is on fire. The burning used to come only when I sat or would lay down, but now it comes sometimes even when I stand a certain way. I do have 2 cysts in the inner groin area, 1 deep in the crotch and the other closer to the surface that will drain usually 2 times a week. I am worried that these might be blocking some of the blood flow to my leg causing these problems.
