Suggest Remedy For Numbness In Toes Caused By Twisted Foot

I fell while working out. I twisted my foot. Most of my foot feels fine now aa couple days after but I can t put a lot of weight on it and the whole top and sides of my foot is swollen. I can t move my last two toes on their own. It seems to hurt the most right under my pinkie toe and the toe next to it. Idk what to do. Will it get better? Right now it did this weird thing where all my toes are crumpled together... Idk
