Suggest Remedy For Numbness On The Knee

About 6 months ago, I fell & hit the left side of my left knee on cement. There was not much swelling but there was definitely some numbness and pain early on. Soon after, the acute pain wore off but the numbness never really left & I haven't been able to kneel comfortably since the injury. The numbness & discomfort was made worse recently when I did some work at home on my knees. There is no loss of strength or stability and I don't limp but the discomfort and numbness persists. I did have the ACL repaired on the knee about 6 years ago & and the ACL graft came from the patella tendon, as I understand. Wondering what might be going on with my knee. Though the condition is tolerable, I am afraid it will get worse if it goes unaddressed medically.
