Suggest Remedy For Occasional Headaches With Dizziness And Blocked Right Ear

For more than eight months, i have been having slight occasional headaches which are accompanied by dizziness, slightly blocked right ear and a small swelling at the end of the top right jaw that increases as the ear blocks more. When i tilt my nect to the left, i feel a clicking sound in the right ear and it unblocks briefly. The situation is more so when its cold. Whenever i visit an ENT specialist she tells me that its an allergy to something which in my case i think its cold. Sometimes after treatment the headaches and blocked ear disappears completely only to resurface later. Please doctor give me professional help and how may i treat this problem. The dizziness is so uncomfortable. I am also photophobic to light and i were glasses just to mention if it may be of importance.

My age is 30 year, weight 64 kg,s and height 5 feet 8 inches. The only other disease that frequents me is malaria which is common in my area. Thank you.
