Today I experienced tarry black stools. It was diarrhea. Now I m feeling fatigued and very nauseous. I just had another bowel movement and I felt contispated. I used an enema and this time, it was dark green. But I am very nauseated and my temp a ture 99.4.

tary black stools are digested blood. it is result of hematemasis caused by peptic ulcer. peptic ulcer syndrome should be treated. take bland diet and refrain from alcohol and smoking. can sip icecold milk. diohrea and constipation can be result of amoebiosis. tke a course of metronedazole. if condition agravate then can stop taking oraly and rhyleestube feeding with ice cold milk. oral feedingcan startafter improvement. supporting iv fluid can be given
