Suggest Remedy For Open Sore Inside Mouth

I've developed some open sore inside my mouth along my upper gums. The only new things I've eaten are red beets roasted with olive oil & balsamic & turnips that I purchased at a farmer's market. Also, I used some cheap eye shadow that make my eyes itch, but I'm wondering if they could affect my gums?

I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of Allergic reaction to food materials you have eaten.I advise you to take Tab.fexofenadine 10 mg twice daily,Tab.pantop 40 mg,Tab.levocet immediately for 5 days.Avoid outside foods and allegic food substances.Drink 3-4 litres of water per day.Consult your physician for expert management and follow up.
