Suggest Remedy For Pain And Numbness In Left Arm

I have a pain and numbness in my left arm that stretches all the way from my shoulder to my hand. This has existed for over 3 weeks. My doctor prescribed a muscle relaxer but that doesn t seem to be helping at all. It feels like a pinched nerve in my back. Would you recommend a chiropractor for this issue?

Welcome to healthcaremagic.com. Sorry to hear about the hand issues. The pinched nerve sounds about right however it would be in your cervical spine?neck vertebrae. It could be that you slept on it wrong one night. The medication that would help would be NSAIDS like ibuprofen and physiotherapy, acupuncture will not hurt but be careful some of the maneuvers that they perform could hurt you more.
