Suggest Remedy For Pain And Pressure In Groin With Blood In Urine

I believe my boyfriend is passing a kidney stone that could be very problematic....he has been having groin pain and pressure for months.....the past few days he has been passing noticeable blood in his urine and severe pain.....now he is vomiting. I can not get him to go to the doctor, so please tell me what to do in this case.

From the description you have provided, it appears that your boyfriend is having an impacted stone in the ureters leading to appearance of pain and blood in urine.
On an emergency basis, let him take an analgesic like Ibuprofen 400mg to get relieved from pain. Since he has vomiting, he needs to take Tablet.Domperidone.
As the condition needs admission for further management, you need to shift him immediately to the nearby hospital.
He needs to be investigated for kidney stones by means of ultrasound scan of abdomen and urine analysis.
Depending on the reports and his response to conservative management, further steps can be worked out and undertaken.
