Iam 26 fe from d.dun iam pcos and hi prolactin and thyroid patient my ear and throat pain and swelling glands ear and throat pls help me now iam in remote area no doc here pls write some medicine for pain and glands swelling ear and throat my ph no is 0000

Hi, thank you for you for posting your query on health care magic.

I can understand your concern.

Looking at your symptoms, you are probably suffering from Pharyngitis (Inflammation in throat) with secondary Inflammation in ear and inflammatory enlargement of lymph nodes in the neck.

If I were your treating doctor,I would have advised Antibiotic (like Cefixime), Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory (like Ibuprofen), Antacid (like Rantac),Oral Decongestant (like Phenylephrine),Oral Antihistaminic(like Cetrizine) and Antibiotic ear drops(like Ciprofloxacin) if there is ear discharge.

Also do warm saline gargles, Steam inhalation,Drink plenty of fluids(warm),avoid smoke,dust and other pollutants,Avoid cold, spicy and oily food.

If after following above measures,if you have no improvement in your symptoms,then it would be advisable to consult an Otolaryngologist doctor.
