it hurts really bad before sex..even to be touched in the area of the vagina that is closest to the anus...it will be sore for about 4-5 days...no bleeding just tenderness so tender i can hardly stand it..at first touch it feels as if i were stuck with a knife
Considering that you haven't had any problem before. You should make make a review of your perineal area. And look for lesions like, cellulitis, (red color, hot and pain) with pus presence or not. If there is cellulitis or abscess then you need to take antibiotics prescribed by specialist, painkillers, and maybe drain it.
If If there is not any lesions, and this is happening during your last 3 sexual activities, you should see an specialist. Could be dispareunia and a cause must be studied.
