Suggest Remedy For Pain Behind Ear After Getting MMR Booster Vaccination

Hi I was vaccinated with the MMR booster a little over 24 hours ago. Today in the middle of the day I got an awful pain on the right side of my head. I thought it was an earache. As the pain progressed, I realized it was not my ear. Instead it is more my neck behind my ear & it is very painful to open my jaw. However, It is only on the right side. Should I be concerned it has something to do with the vaccine? Or does it seem like something else?

PS. 1 person out of 75 get it

2. although the said symptom is not infectious or serious, but you may take paracetamol or ibuprofen to ease pain and fever.
