Pain in the left side. Taking Ciprofloxacin for the past 3 days but, symptoms are only slightly disappearing. The diagnosis is early onset of an Urinary Track Infection. The pain is still present but, has decreased slightly. Could this be an appendix problem?
May I know your urine report??? If pus cell present in urine then it is suggestive UTI....
Left side pain could be by colitis or diverticulitis like condition... USG done.... Appendix is on right side.so in it pain is right side.No chance of appendicitis here....
Antibiotic like cefixime needed for UTI for 10 days....
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, underlying cause of urinary tract infection would matter something as long as the pain is concern because it could be due to stone also, here pain can be managed with "Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen" but underlying cause is the main to treat, hope this information helps.
