Suggest Remedy For Pain During Urination

I had lipotripsy and a stent put in my ureter. I have had the stent over 3 weeks . Is thAt normal? I still have a bunch of pieces. 5Mm, 6mm, 7,mm trying to pass. I also have 1 13mm stone in each kidney. The doctors want to do another lipotripsy on each kidney. Is this the only option? My main problems are my urine smells horrible, it is dark red from blood, and I m in pain all the time. Sometimes its agonizing. I was on suboxone before the surgerys for pain. It helps a million times better than Percocet. What do I do to control my pain? It hurts so bad to pee I makes me cry. I can barely get up and walk back to the couch. I lay on a heating pad all day and take extremely hot showers and baths. I can t pick up my 13 month old baby. Please help.

Hi,

You can take NSAIDs and the smell and pain can be due to urinary tract infection. you can test for urine complete and start antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
