Suggest Remedy For Pain In Back And Ribs After Falling On Ice

I fell on the ice and landed on my back kind of on the left side. Now the side and back and front of my lower right ribs hurt when I press on them or get up or down to sit or sleep. Also when I cough there is pain.Should I be concerned, or will it get better on its own in time.
