Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be simple viral fever or urinary tract infection. It can be malaria.

So go for blood test, malaria antigen test and urine routine and culture test.Meanwhile take Tab Crocin 500mg twice a daily with multivitamin.

After getting the diagnosis take proper treatment with your local doctor.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
