Suggest Remedy For Pain In Base Of Skull And Upper Right Arm Post Neck Fusions

Having a lot of pain in my upper neck / base of skull. Have had 3 neck fusions from C-4 down. Also a lot of pain in my upper right arm (upper tricep area) and rotator cuff area. Makes very hard to sleep, as when I turn onto my shoulder / arm (either side) - the pain starts escalating quickly.
