Suggest Remedy For Pain In Buttock Radiating Down The Leg
12 hours ago I finished a cardio Pilates class. After the class I tried to do the splits as I usually do. Being so warmed up I was pushing myself to get the last couple of inches to the ground. I heard a clunk in my left upper thigh. There was little to no pain and I could walk fine but felt I had done an injury. Overnight I could feel strain down the left buttock radiating down the left leg. What have I done and what is the best recovery option. I am 42 years old.

from your history it looks like a siatic nerve compression. don't worry just apply hot compression on the area where you have pain followed by local analgesics like diclofenac ointment. can take diclofenac 50 mg tablet orally twice daily after meals to reduce Pain. the pain will dis appear in one or two days. if still persisting consult an orthopedician. Hope it helps. If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues in future, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile.
Have a wonderful time ahead.
