Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain in the heels while walking can be due to soft tissue lesion.
There are a couple of soft tissue lesions which cause pain while walking.
Fascitis is inflammation of fascia while can be aggravated while walking.
Besides fascitis, inflammation of the tendons and ligaments can also cause pain in the heel of foot.
I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment and relevant investigations for further management.

Thanks and take care
