Your symptoms suggest of gastric ulcer.
I would advise
To start on antacids and continue for a full course of 3 weeks which would definitely help.
Also pain in jaw, may be due to inflammation which you should consult an orthopedician to rule out arthiritis.
do take the diabetic medications regularly.
