Suggest Remedy For Pain In Legs After A Fall

I fell and my leg was caught during the fall so I fell forward and my leg twisted. So now I have a pain in my upper back portion of my leg and on my right butt cheek. I have an hour commute and the pain from sitting so long is very aggravating. The leg portion is starting to feel a little better day by day. What is this injury and how long should it last.

Hi,

It is just an injury due to fall on the outstretched leg, more like a Strain on the muscle. You can take painkillers Tab BRUFEN SOS for the pain and tab calcium 500MG once at night. Hot compresses can help. Try to take complete bed rest for a few days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
