I'm on Day 26 of my monthly cycle and also on birth control patch. Since three days ago I've had significant cramping in my left ovary, extending to my lower back and down through my buttock and thigh sometimes. Most cramping gone today except for some painful and non-painful twinges in left ovary and stomach area. Last time I had sex was exactly two weeks ago. Pregnancy test completely negative as of a few minutes ago. I am 36 years old.
