Suggest Remedy For Pain In Neck
my neck
hi..i have had neck pain for as long as i can remember. im 24yrs old. and i have had pain in my neck for the past 3 days. like i said i always have pain but it usally goes away then comes back. i have no idea whats wrong. i looked up articles on the comp but they all say stuff about arm pain. but mine is nothing like that its just pain in my neck. my back and head hurt too but only once an a while..its my neck this is not normal im always in pain. whats wrong with me??

You have neck pain since three days....
According to history first of all think common cause like that of muscular strain...
For that ibuprofen can be given for five days....
During sleep avoid bad posture .
Take rest
Avoid strenuous work in routine life for few days...
Warm compress can be applied...
There might be possibility of trepezitis like muscle inflammation if history of injury..
If no improvement local part x ray taken for spondylitis or other cervical rib problems..
MRI might done if needed....
Cervical collar prescribed if needed....
Advise : Orthopedic surgeon consultation for examination...
