Suggest Remedy For Pain In Penis With Burning Sensation In Urethra

I have pain in my penis with urethra burning a bit. Does not necessarily burn when I pee but sometimes when dehydrated and urine is concentrated. No discharge but discomfort since last Thursday. Seems to get better when I drink lots of water. I am married, no other partners. My wife is having issues too however. Took a diflucan 100mg Tuesday hoping that would help as the wife has yeast issues. I also have a hemroid which is not helping with being in a good mood as you might expect. To top it off I have a cold. Have been running 99.4 temp for about 1.5 weeks.

symptoms mentioned by u are suggesting about possible urinary tract infection , and as ur partner is also having a history u have a good chance of uti, for treatment first of all drink plenty of fluid, take a antibiotic course of bacterium DS i bd for 5 days. if possible go for a urine exam. asap.
if not resolved , consult a uro logidt.
